For payment flexibility, members were sent TWO invoices to
choose to pay in one payment or two. Both are due on or before
the date of each invoice. 
Members will NOT be rebilled for the second half with January
due date.
Please note and pay invoice(s) already sent on or before January due date to avoid interest, liens, etc.

The need for in-person walk-in services has been reduced by moving toward website/email based forms and processes available anywhere 24/7. See "CALENDAR" LINK to the right on this page to find days/times for walk in hours. The hours for the current month
is also posted on a calendar at office entrance.

REALTOR / TITLE COMPANY / LENDER - Inquiries

for information that might address your questions.

Requests must include the full name of current property owner, LLCA account number, property address AND
closing date with your request. Requests without ALL/complete information will not receive a response. If a lien release is needed, please also forward a copy of the recorded lien document that you wish released. 



Town has enacted a Building Moratorium in Locke Lake Colony
as of September 19, 2017.
Per Town of Barnstead, no new building permits will be issued in Locke Lake Colony Assoc
that would require new Pennichuck water service until such time as the water utility
has resolved its supply challenges.
There is NO end-date known at this time.
Prospective buyers/members should contact Barnstead Town
Hall or Pennichuck with any related questions.

This method assures accurate and speedy crediting
of the payment to your account. 

We are ALSO working on adding a new "Self-Service" payment link here
so members can pay online right on this website that will will be
far more "fee friendly"  than the PayPal option previously offered! 

PAYPAL IS NO LONGER ENABLEDTO PROCESS LLCA PAYMENTS. Please use the new digital alternative described above.
