The default method of invoice delivery used the owner email address on record on the LLCA Account Billing system to send invoices by email to enable a new easy payment link - right in the email(s).
The invoice that you are accustomed to seeing can be viewed or printed right from the email to still pay with a paper check if preferred.
If NO email was on record, or if it bounced back as undeliverable, a paper invoice was mailed by exception. Information on opting into paper billing by exception for future bills is forthcoming.

OFFICE HOURS* / SERVICES Due to recent business system/process streamlining and staff reorganization, the need for in-person walk-in services has been reduced and 24/7 remote access enhanced by moving toward website/email based forms and processes!
Most member needs and service requests can easily be addressed conveniently anytime remotely on this website and via email (see below)making the need for in office services the exception.
See "CALENDAR" LINK to the right on this page to find days/times for walk in hours beginning June 1st (some early evening and Saturday hours are now available too :-) Calendar for current month is also posted at office entrance. * Walk-in hours/schedule will be updated on the calendar every few months. Hours vary/may change seasonally and with varying demands - so be sure to refer to calendar before planning a visit.
By setting specific walk-in times on the calendar, staff/BOD can also focus on building and transitioning processes to a more cost effective and "24/7 accessible" service model.
In-person support is is rarely necessary, but is available during walk-in hours noted on the calendar or by appointment when warranted. An appointment time may be coordinated by emailing email@example.com for needs that cannot otherwise be met by the resources described.

Town has enacted aBuilding Moratorium in Locke Lake Colony as of September 19, 2017. Per Town of Barnstead, no new building permits will be issued in Locke Lake Colony Assoc that would require new Pennichuck water service until such time as the water utility has resolved its supply challenges. There is NO end-date known at this time. Prospective buyers/members should contact Barnstead Town Hall or Pennichuck with any related questions.

A receipt will be emailed to you within minutes! This method assures accurate and speedy crediting of the payment to your account. We are ALSO working on adding a new "Self-Service" payment link here so members can pay online right on this website that will will be far more "fee friendly" than the PayPal option previously offered! PAYPAL IS NO LONGER ENABLEDTO PROCESS LLCA PAYMENTS. Please use the new digital alternative described above.
